Service Description

Return clients' annual exam. Cost includes any preconception or NFP counseling and collection of blood or pap if indicated. Insurance can be billed as out-of-network provider. Labs are then sent to outside lab and will be billed by the lab. Note: If, due to health problems or cycle abnormalities, a hormone panel is recommended, a follow-up (second Return GYN) appointment will be needed to review labs, make plans and evaluate response to treatment. This may be done in person or by phone.

Cancellation Policy

Please cancel more than 24 hours in advance to avoid a missed appointment fee. When you cancel, we are able to use the time well and let someone else use your slot. When possible, we prefer switching to a phone visit rather than cancelling. We are able to cover many of your questions, education and birth preparation this way. For this reason all clients should have a home blood pressure monitor.
