Service Description

Thea works with women through nutritional concerns in preconception, pregnancy and postpartum, balancing nutrition to help with fertility, gestational diabetes, hypertension and lactation. In network with United/UMR, Aetna, BCBS (CareFirst and Anthem), and Cigna. Otherwise, out of pocket costs are $200 for an initial session and $100 for each follow up session.

Cancellation Policy

We are happy to reschedule your appointments if you contact us by the day prior to your appointment. If you do not reschedule by the day prior to your appointment and miss your appointment, you will be charged a $25 missed appointment fee. If cancelation is for illness, most visit types can be held virtually. For this reason, please have a home blood pressure cuff available. Please arrive on time for your visit. We schedule these relatively long appointment times so that we can stay on schedule to be courteous to our clients. If you arrive late or without your forms completed, it will reduce the length of your appointment. Rushed appointments take away from the enjoyment for you and your midwife.
