Service Description

For new clients: an education-focused physical and gynecological exam and review of your history. Preconception or Fertility Awareness counseling included. Insurance can be billed as an out-of-network provider. Cash pay price (not billing insurance is $120). Note: If a hormone panel is recommended due to health problems or cycle abnormalities, a follow-up (Return GYN) appointment will be needed to review labs, make plans and evaluate response to treatment

Cancellation Policy

We are happy to reschedule your appointments if you contact us by the day prior to your appointment. If you do not reschedule by the day prior to your appointment and miss your appointment, you will be charged a $25 missed appointment fee. If cancelation is for illness, most visit types can be held virtually. For this reason, please have a home blood pressure cuff available. Please arrive on time for your visit. We schedule these relatively long appointment times so that we can stay on schedule to be courteous to our clients. If you arrive late or without your forms completed, it will reduce the length of your appointment. Rushed appointments take away from the enjoyment for you and your midwife.
